Living a life based on an overall health and wellness mindset encompasses all aspects of life from nutrition, relationships, work, sleep, exercise, spiritual, and more. A Health and Wellness based lifestyle is every choice, decision and action one makes 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and relates to acquiring the mindset, building health lifestyle habits and routines that enable making the making the right decisions easier in all areas of one’s life.

August 25, 2019 Ironman 70.3 Traverse City
Known as the Cherry Capital of the World, Traverse City is excited to host the inaugural Ironman 70.3 Traverse City race on August 25, 2019. The race consists of a 1.2 mile swim in West Grand Traverse Bay, a 56 mile bike through Leelanau County and Benzie County, and a 13.1 mile run along Boardman Lake, finishing on Front Street in the heart of downtown Traverse City. What makes you so good at this is you live it and I can tell it is your passion. I learned it’s not a diet or a workout routine, but a mindset or a lifestyle change then it becomes so easy. I started to do some fasting, on my own, with little knowledge on it. I contacted Bruce with what I was doing, & the information that he shared with me about when to fast, how long, what kind of meals, no snacking in between, starting the day with water( instead of coffee), getting plenty of sleep, & exercise when I can, has been very helpful . Along with that, he shared a few sources by doctor’s/authorities on the subject. Bruce is very pleasant to talk to, & a good listener with usable information. He is very energetic, & uplifting !Laura
